The 20 m³ load space is approximately 4.20 × 2.20 × 2.20 m, with up to 1,100 kg payload. The 35 m³ option is approximately 6.00 × 2.40 × 2.50 m, with up to 3,000 kg payload. These are cargo-area dimensions, not exterior measurements or gross vehicle weight. The actual vehicle, loading openings, usable capacity, equipment and crew are confirmed for your job.
Ask the building contact for the usable loading entrance, access height and approach restrictions. Give the distance to the goods lift and any loading-bay booking. A street address for visitors may lead to a different entrance from the one a moving truck can use.
Identify desks, cabinets and household furniture that cannot be stacked, then list boxes and their approximate weight. A partly empty body can still reach its payload limit. The 20 m³ and 35 m³ options must be assessed as separate configurations, not combined into one specification.
