Measure the packed pieces against door openings, turns and stairs. Show detachable legs, shelves and panels in the inventory and say what has already been dismantled. Where preparation help is needed, request it before collection rather than leave the handling method to arrival.
State which pieces you can assist with and where another person may be necessary. Driver assistance is agreed for the actual task and conditions. The need for an extra helper depends on weight and access, not just whether everything fits into a 13 m³ van.
