If you only need part of a household moved, identify that portion clearly; a room count alone does not establish the vehicle or carrying team.
Give the complete street address, entrance and floor, lift measurements and the route through the building. Identify a possible lawful loading position and any property permission needed. Tell me if the new home is not yet available so that access is assessed before the proposed delivery, rather than after the load reaches the street.
State when the old home must be empty and when keys to the Antwerp property are available. Add who will meet the vehicle and what flexibility exists at each end.
